*Taoist Tai Chi is an art to improve your health. The set comprised of 108 movements can be practiced by all, regardless of age or physical condition. It is a complete physiological exercise leading to increased flexibility, improved circulation, stronger muscles and greater relaxation in the body. The gentle stretching and rotation massages the internal organs. It is a moving meditation which stills the body and mind.

Founded in 1970 by Master Moy Lin Shin, The Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism has locations in over 750 urban centres in 25 countries all around the world. For more information.
