A turn-key event
The Museum handles all the little details for you, so that you can concentrate on enjoying yourself. Room rental includes the following services:

- Room preparation and use of existing furniture
- Presence of a co-ordinator during the event, if necessary

- Recommendations on decoration and entertainment
The Museum offers a complete in-house catering service, licensed to serve alcohol. The service is highly appreciated by businesses seeking to present or launch their products with a happy hour, buffet cocktail reception, or VIP event.
L’Arrivage is well known for its fine dining, and its reputation has been firmly established. The Chef develops menus geared to a range of budgets, and the variety of his culinary creations can meet even the most particular demands! He favours products from Québec, locally grown ingredients, and, in season, only the freshest fruits and vegetables. Outside caterers are allowed (except in the café-restaurant) upon payment of certain fees and conditions.
The Special Events Coordinator will take your instructions and budget into account when suggesting corporate gifts from the Museum Shop. She can also suggest services by different suppliers (floral decorations, musicians, etc.), if you like.
