Sponsorships allow Pointe-à-Callière to provide organizations with the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to our historical heritage both local and further afield. The Museum has a well-deserved reputation for both the quality and the originality of its exhibits. It is also the largest history Museum in Montréal and the best attended, with some 400 thousand visitors a year. As a result, sponsorship provides significant visibility to the sponsoring organizations at the Museum itself and as a function of the advertising campaigns and other communications initiatives.
Exhibits, multimedia shows, outside animation, seasonal activities, educational workshops and family activities developed or hosted by the Museum that organizations can associate themselves with, in keeping with their interests and the audiences they wish to reach.
The Museum team works closely with sponsors to provide them with a rewarding experience. Tailor-made packages can be designed to include event hospitality, marketing and public relations efforts that respond to the specific needs of sponsors.
Over the years, a significant number of organizations such as Aéroports de Montréal, Air Canada Cargo, Banque Scotia, Bell, Croisières AML, Desjardins, Hôtel InterContinental Montréal, Hydro-Québec, SAQ, Tourisme Montréal, Trans-Herbe, Tim Hortons and Ubisoft Montréal have been Museum sponsors. The Museum thanks them sincerely for their support of our many activities.
