You can purchase your tickets using the online form or by contacting the Foundation by telephone at 514 872-7829 or by email at [email protected].

Valet service is offered free of charge to all MTL Ball guests. Make your way to the Grand Quay’s drop-off zone at:

200 de la Commune Street West, Montréal, Québec, H2Y 4B2

You can also easily get to the Grand Quay by public transit or by taxi/Uber.

For any questions or to make changes to your reservation, please contact the Foundation by telephone at 514 872-7829 or by email at [email protected].

The dress code for the MTL Ball is chic evening wear (e.g., suit, dress, etc.).

An email will be sent to all ticket buyers a few weeks before the Ball, allowing them to select a main course and to advise the Foundation team of any dietary restrictions.

A confirmation email is automatically sent out after a purchase is made, but tickets to the Ball will only be issued a few weeks before the event. We will contact you at that point to request the names of participants. However, if you did not receive a confirmation email after making your purchase, please contact the Foundation by telephone at 514 872-7829 or by email at [email protected].

To get an invoice issued before proceeding with a payment for tickets, please write to us at [email protected] with your choice of tickets. An invoice will be sent to you by email, and you can then complete the payment using the online form by cheque or by bank transfer.

The following payment methods are accepted for the MTL Ball: pre-authorized debit/bank transfer, cheque, and credit card. If “pre-authorized debit” is the only payment option you see on the online purchase form, click on “Other payment methods” in the “Payment method” section of your order, then select your preferred option. The Pointe-à-Callière Foundation uses Zeffy. Unlike other platforms, Zeffy ensures that 100% of your payment goes to the Foundation, without any transaction fee. In exchange, the platform gives you the opportunity to add a voluntary contribution to help keep its services up and running. If you do not wish to participate, simply choose “Other” from the drop-down menu in the “Summary” section of your order, then enter $0.
