Le trésor de Buttereau

After visiting the Pirates or privateers? exhibition, come watch Le trésor de Buttereau, a show presented in French by the Théâtre des deux mains.

Pirates arrive at the Îles-de-la-Madeleine to hide a treasure! One of them accepts to have his head unscrewed and becomes the ghost garding the precious booty. A young boy witnesses the scene and finds a way to outsmart the fantasm thanks to a talented parrot and a brilliant little sister. Based on the classic tale Buttereau's treasure, this show is also inspired by tales, legends, and stories of the Îles-de-la-Madeleine by Sylvain Rivière (éditions Trois-Pistoles). After the show, create your own pirate with Atelier C.
