The wide-open, 3.4 metre-high foyer is both modern and welcoming, transparent and bathed in natural light. With its monumental staircase, three-storey work of art designed specially for the space and multimedia fresco adaptable to clients’ needs, the space is suited to memorable presentations and functions of all kinds.
The Navigators’ Room: this room on the ground floor is equipped with the latest technology. It has everything needed for events requiring high-end lighting, projection and sound systems (HD 6000 Lumens projector, ambiophonic 5.1 audio system, 4.8 by 2.7 metre motorized screen), in addition to its raised floor concealing the computer system cables and wiring, and dropped ceiling fitted with a technical grid for attaching wires, cables and other equipment, all connected to two digital control panels. It’s the perfect venue for film screenings, lectures and musical events, with its superb superb acoustics and modular, moveable stage.
The Admiral Room: located on Floor 2, the Admiral Room lends itself especially well to meetings, with its huge table, comfortable chairs and a full range of presentation equipment, including a computer, DVD/Blu-Ray player, screen, wifi, sound system and microphone.
The Azure Room: located on Floor 3, the Azure Room boasts a special atmosphere and can be used for different types of events and functions. Its vast windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer a remarkable view of the Old Port.
The 360° Montréal Space: this glass pavilion on the building’s roof and the adjoining terrace offers a spectacular view of Old Montréal, the St. Lawrence River, the Old Port and the downtown skyline. It’s an ideal setting for prestige events in Montréal.
