Les Visages de Montréal—a group action by the Inside Out project initiated worldwide by French artist JR—is making a stop at Pointe-à-Callière after having been exhibited at several prominent locations around downtown. The idea? To reveal the soul of Montréal by adorning the city’s walls and public spaces with thousands of portraits of Montrealers!

On Friday, September 24 and Saturday, September 25, you too can take part in this artistic “group action” by having your photo taken in a travelling photo booth stationed in front of the Museum. Printed on-site, you can then see your portrait join others on a giant temporary fresco on the walls of Pointe-à-Callière, along De la Commune Street, where it will remain until October 4, 2021.

The project is being presented in Montréal by Les aventures du cœur de l’île.
