Serge Lepage

Serge Lepage has worked in the aquatic environment field for some forty years. After having completed his bachelor’s degree in physical engineering at Université Laval (Québec, 1980), a master’s in physical oceanography at McGill (Montréal, 1984), and doctoral studies at Dalhousie (Halifax, 1986), he worked for various firms and joined Environment Canada in 1996, where he was employed for 17 years. He held several positions, working as a sedimentologist, a scientific advisor, and a coordinator of environmental programs. Since the summer of 2013, Serge has continued his environmental career as a consultant and lecturer. He has also been involved in the field of education, taking part in the development of science education programs.
