Gérard Beaudet

Gérard Beaudet is an urban planner emeritus and a professor at the School of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture in the Faculty of Environmental Design at the Université de Montréal. He is an associate researcher at the Ivanhoé-Cambridge Urban and Real Estate Development Observatory.

His interest in heritage dates back to the early 1970s, when he began his architectural studies. For almost two decades, he has been responsible for a master’s course on urban heritage development.
