Archaeology Month

In the context of the Archaeology Month 2017, the featured activity will be guided toura of the Marché-Sainte-Anne and the Parliament of the United-Canada archaeological site. Lasting about 20 minutes, these tours will be led by guides from Pointe-à-Callière and will present the fascinating history of the site. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the central aisle of the site, explore an interpretation zone, and visit a history information kiosk. Visitors will therefore have access to a concise and dynamic interpretation showcasing the Parliament of the United-Canada and the Marché-Sainte-Anne. Visits begin in front of the Centre d'histoire de Montréal on Saint-Pierre street.
A one hour conference will be held Saturdays August 5, 12, 19 and 26 at 2 pm.
