The Parliament of the United-Canada in its urban environment (1844-1849)

An urban tour of Old Montréal, lead by archaeologists and historians, will lead you to from site of the former Parliament of the United-Canada to other iconis sites related to the development of Montréal as an international metropolis. The Bonsecours Market, the Château Ramezay, the Hôtel Rasco, and the old municipal courthouse are only some of the locations whose destiny was closely tied to that of the Paliament. They reflect a short but critical period in the development of the city.

There will be three tours starting at the Centre d'histoire de Montréal located at 335 place D'Youville. Free - No reservation
